Atty. Rita Linda V. Jimeno has been in the practice of law as a litigator since 1986. She specializes in the settlement of estates, property disputes, annulment and dissolution of marriage, Philippine Immigration laws and alternative dispute resolution. She is the Associate Dean of the Centro Escolar University School of Law and has been teaching law subjects since 2006. She is also a Professorial Lecturer of the Philippine Judicial Academy which trains Philippine judges. She is an international arbitrator, having been an arbitrator for the ICC International Court of Arbitrator, and a Supreme Court-accredited Mediator at the Philippine Court of Appeals. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree and bachelor’s degree in journalism and Broadcasting at the University of the Philippines and finished a Masteral in Law from the San Beda University. She likewise took up MBA units at the De La Salle University and short courses on Arbitration in Paris and Hong Kong.

1986年より訴訟弁護士として弁護士業務に従事。専門は遺産相続、財産紛争、婚姻無効・解消、フィリピン移民法、裁判外紛争解決。セントロ・エスコラール大学法学部の副学部長であり、2006年より法学科目を教えている。また、フィリピンの裁判官を養成するフィリピン司法アカデミーの教授講師でもある。ICC国際仲裁裁判所の仲裁人を務めた国際仲裁人であり、フィリピン控訴裁判所の最高裁判所公認調停人でもある。フィリピン大学で法学博士号とジャーナリズム・放送学士号を取得し、サンベダ大学で法学修士号を取得。また、デ・ラ・サール大学でMBAを取得し、パリと香港で仲裁に関する短期コースを受講した。
